Stylingo provides FREE shipping on all orders within South Africa.
We deliver to you, PUDO locker to locker (locker location of your choice) for easy collection.
Addresses outside of South Africa, we'll arrange your best delivery option.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Orders are typically processed and delivered within major centres in South Africa between 3 to 5 business days and between 5 to 10 business days in out-lying areas.
However, during peak times, delivery may take longer.
If you have not received your parcel within 7 business days, please contact us for assistance.
Stylingo's refund and exchange policy:
- The item must be in an undamaged, and unused state. Stylingo clothing tags must still be attached to the product, and the product in its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt.
- Please report any damaged or faulty products within 3 days of receiving your order to qualify for a return or refund.
- The product must be returned to us within 7 days of taking delivery - return costs are for the purchaser's account.
- Once the product has been received and inspected by our warehouse, and found to be in good order, your refund / exchange will be processed.
- No returns or refunds on sale items
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification containing your tracking number or the necessary collection information, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.
