To ensure the right fit, we recommend consulting our sizing guide available on the product pages. Our unisex apparel is designed to accommodate a variety of body types, and the sizing guide provides detailed measurements to assist in selecting the appropriate size.

Stylingo offers a store refund or exchange for items returned in an undamaged and unused state, items still with original tags and in original packaging - all within 7 days of delivery. Please report any damaged or faulty products within 3 days of receiving your order to qualify for a return or refund. Note that sale items are excluded from returns.

Stylingo provides free shipping on all orders over R650, delivered to your door.

For orders below R650, a flat shipping rate of R60 applies, delivered to your nearest Pudo Locker.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Orders are typically processed and delivered within major centres in South Africa between 2 to 3 business days and between 3 to 5 business days in out-lying areas.

However, during peak times, delivery may take longer.

If you have not received your parcel within 7 business days, please contact us for assistance.

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification containing your tracking number or the necessary collection information, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.
