At Stylingo, we value our customers and strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you change your mind, we gladly offer a store refund, or exchange under the following terms and conditions:
Terms & Conditions:
- Please report any damaged or faulty products within 3 days of receiving your order to qualify for a return or refund.
- The product must be returned to us within 7 days of taking delivery.
- The item must be in an undamaged and unused state, with the original receipt and in its original packaging.
- Once the product has been received and inspected by our warehouse, and found to be in good order, your refund will be processed.
Exclusions:
- Jewellery: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on jewellery, specifically earrings, due to hygiene reasons.
- Sale Items: We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items.
Third-Party Purchases:
If you have purchased one of our products from a third-party seller, please understand that due to strict rules and policies with these third party sellers, we are unable to accept direct returns or offer refunds.
However, should you not be totally satisfied with your purchase through a third-party seller, please follow their return policies, which are in place to ensure your satisfaction.
