Order Processing and Delivery:
- Orders will be processed and delivered within South Africa between 3 to 5 business days, but during peak times, it may take a little longer
- If there is a delay due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you via email or telephone
- If you have not received your parcel within 10 business days, please reach out to us, so that we can investigate this for you
Shipping Methods:
- Stylingo makes use of Pudo Lockers (Locker to Locker) or a courier service
- Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes

If you change your mind, we will gladly offer a store credit, refund or exchange under the following terms & conditions:
- The product must be returned to us, undamaged, un-used and in its original packaging within 14 days of your order being delivered. Once the product has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
- Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on jewellery, due to hygiene reasons
- Please report any damaged or faulty products within 3 days of receiving your order to qualify
- No store credit, returns or exchanges on sale items
