Order Dispatch and Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification along with your tracking number, or the necessary collection information
If you change your mind, we will gladly offer a store credit, refund or exchange under the following terms & conditions:
- The product must be returned to us, undamaged, un-used and in its original packaging within 14 days of your order being delivered. Once the product has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
- Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on jewellery, due to hygiene reasons
- Please report any damaged or faulty products within 3 days of receiving your order to qualify
