Free Shipping:
- Free Shipping (within South Africa) on all orders to the value of R650 or more,
delivered directly to your door. - A flat rate of R60 delivery for orders below R650, will be delivered to a Pudo
Locker near you. - All orders are dispatched via courier.
Order Processing and Delivery:
- Orders will be processed and delivered within major centres, (in South Africa) between 2 to 3 business days, but during peak times, it may take a little longer.
- Orders will be processed and delivered to out-lying areas, (in South Africa), between 3 to 5 business days, but during peak times, it may take a little longer.
- Deliveries to address outside South Africa does not qualify for free shipping.
- If you have not received your parcel within 10 business days, please reach out to us, so that we can investigate this for you.
- If there is a delay due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you via email or telephone.
- Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Order Dispatch and Tracking:
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification along with your tracking number, or the necessary collection information
If you change your mind, we will gladly offer a store credit, refund or exchange under the following terms & conditions:
- The product must be returned to us, undamaged, un-used and in its original packaging within 14 days of your order being delivered. Once the product has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
- Please report any damaged or faulty products within 3 days of receiving your order to qualify
- No store credit, returns or exchanges on sale items
